Yves Legault, Adm.A , GPPA, CRCIC, ASCI (UK), FRAS

Mr. Legault is a founding partner of Isatis Capital Group. Before founding Isatis, Mr. Legault negotiated several agreements in a multilateral diplomatic framework among international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), the United Nations (UN) and the Government of Canada. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Legault served as an associate partner at the UN where he worked on several issues, including youth policy, sustainable development and climate change. After completing his obligations abroad, Mr. Legault was appointed special adviser to several Ministers of Canada and the Honourable Paul Gérin-Lajoie. Mr. Legault has been a member of the Permanent Youth Council, the Vice-President (North America) of the International Commission on Youth and a member of the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD.

Mr. Legault holds a BA in East Asian studies and philosophy from the University of Montréal, a diploma in international business from HEC Montréal and graduated courses from the University of London. Mr. Legault is a member in good standing of the Order of Chartered Administrators and the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, a national association of independent real estate appraisers as well as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and a Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland.

On an honorary basis and in recognition for its contribution to the Royal House of De Souza, Mr. Legault was appointed by His Royal Highness Mito ChaCha IX as a Dah and member of the Privy Council of the Chiefdom of Ouida in Benin.

Christine Lagacé, Adm.A.

Mrs. Lagace is a founding and managing partner of Isatis Capital Group. She has more than 20 years in alternative and innovative financial sectors including all governmental and quasi-governmental organizations. During her career, Ms. Lagace was appointed adviser to several boards including the Standing Youth Council of Quebec, the Senate of the University of Quebec in Montreal and the Centre of Excellence in Efficiency Energy (C3E). Ms. Lagace holds a BA in Psychosociology of Communication from UQAM, a certificate in management from HEC Montreal, training Eco-Communication from ADME-Paris and micro-program in Sustainable Development from the University of Sherbrooke. In 2018, she completed a certificate in Exempt Markets from IFSE Institute. Moreover, Mrs. Lagace is a member of the Order of Chartered Administrators. She received the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II medal for her carrier achievement in climate finance. She was also the 2012 Creators of the Future contest winner and 2011 RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Awards finalist.
